Ross Controls 3573A6152 Serpar Pneumatic Valve 2-8.5 Bar. Note that the 1 in 6152 may be a 2: see the pictures. It appears that the manufacturer stamped one or the other first and then restamped it correctly, but I don't know for certain if this is 3573A6152 or 3573A6252.
