Unknown, unbranded item: maybe lab dishwasher rack, maybe X-ray cassette related

Unknown, unbranded item: maybe lab dishwasher rack, maybe X-ray cassette related. From a closing medical facility. Untested but presumed to be working well. This was with a bunch of X-ray cassettes and also some lab dishwasher parts, so I imagine that it's related to those, but I haven't been able to find anything or any identifying information on this.
