The Waters 420 AC fluorescence detector provides high sensitivity detection to low picomole levels. The 420 offers a large selection of filters and lamps (may be available at extra cost) allowing optimization for fluorescent compounds across a broad range of applications. The Waters 420 detector has a range of 325nm to 425nm, but has the capability of operating from 254nm to 450nm (excitation) or 375nm to 530nm (emission), depending on which filters are used. 115 V.
