This is a great bargain since a single functional otoscope sold separately from the transformer will retail for $99. (Search "Welch Allyn Handle Assembly for 767 Series Transformer" to confirm this.) However, due to our limited ability to dismantle and test them properly, we are opting to sell them as-is for parts. Note that the cables have been cut.
